Terms and Conditions
- This is a business, so whether you know us or not, we treat business as business and personal as personal. Therefore, everything will be conducted in a business and professional manner. There is absolutely no extra discount for friends and family. Sorry!!! We love you, but business is business.
- This business was created to help others in need. There is no judgment here, because we have been in your shoes and know that things can happen to the best of us. Not everyone will understand. Things can become challenging and seem hard in that moment. So we are here to help you get back on track with the grace of the Most High God.
- We provide organizing and decluttering with some cleaning to the area where service will be provided. Therefore, we will ask you if you have any allergies to products before it is being used in your home, business or area being done.
- We take pride in what we do, and ask for your cooperation during the process. We do not tolerate disrespect, so do not take out your frustrations on the staff. If we ask that you stop and you persist, then the work will come to a cease and there will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND. Thanks in advance!!!
- Initial consultation is FREE via video. This is up to 15 minutes.
- An in-person consultation is needed before booking a service to visualize and establish ideas, to obtain an estimated time. It is a flat rate of $40 for 45 minutes, for anyone in Connecticut. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If paid in full and cancellation within 48hrs before the time of service, then only 50% will be refunded. If you cancel less than 48hrs, then only 25% will be refunded, or you can arrange to have the 25% balance forwarded to a new service date. This does not include NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT. Some package deals, 50% is NON-REFUNDABLE after 24hours and some the 50% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, which is listed is the description box, even at checkout. When you book, then time gets invested into creating the idea for your space. Time is precious. We value our time as well as yours, and we know that time wasted can never be regained. If we notify someone to assist in certain areas, then we are utilizing their time too. Therefore, time is valuable and it = $
- When given homework; like going through your papers or washing laundry on your own time, please do so, or you will have to pay extra for any additional time spent on it. It will be at the regular the regular hourly rate of $85, due to your lack of cooperation. Even if you purchased a package deal at a lower rate, or received any other discounts. You are not punishing anyone, only yourself. Services are provided to help you.
- As respect to others and yourself, we ask that you give no less than 48hrs before your schedule appointment to cancel and 72hrs to reschedule, keeping in mind that some services are NON-REFUNDABLE, and others 50% is NON-REFUNDABLE. We will also give you that same courtesy and a refund. There are extreme emergencies that cannot be predicted and we understand. Email Support@kemys2ndchance.com for any cancellation and/or a refund.
- When posting before and after pics, we do not list your information in the post. Your privacy is important to us. Postings help others to view the work being done.
