- This is a business, so whether you know us or not, we treat business as business and personal as personal. Therefore, everything will be conducted in a business and professional manner. There is absolutely no extra discount for friends and family. Sorry!!! We love you, but Business is Business.
- This business was created to help others in need. There is no judgment here, because we have been in your shoes and know that things can happen to the best of us. Not everyone will understand. Things can become challenging and seem hard in that moment. So we are here to help you get back on track with the grace of the Most High God.
- We provide organizing and decluttering with some cleaning to the area where service will be provided. Therefore, we will ask you if you have any allergies to products before it is being used in your home, business or area being done.
- We take pride in what we do, and ask for your cooperation during the process. We do not tolerate disrespect, so do not take out your frustrations on the staff. If we ask that you stop and you persist, then the work will come to a cease and there will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND. Thanks in advance!!!
- When posting before and after pics, we do not list your information in the post. Your privacy is important to us. Postings help others to view the work being done.
- Initial consultation is FREE via a virtual session
- A Space Assessment is required before booking an organizing and decluttering service with us. We will provide an estimate time required to perform the job. It is a $60 flat rate for anyone in a 25miles radius of 75 Farwell St, West Haven, CT 06516 and $100 for anything greater than 25 miles in Connecticut. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If cancellation is 48hours before the time of service, then only 75% will be refunded. If you cancel less than 48hours before the service, then only 50% will be refunded. If you cancel less than 24hours before the service, then only 75% will be refunded. This does not include NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS.
- When you book a service, time gets invested into creating the idea for your space. Time is precious. We value our time as well as yours, and we know that time wasted can never be regained. If we notify someone to assist in certain areas, then we are utilizing their time too. Therefore, time is valuable.
- When given homework; like going through your papers or washing laundry on your own time, please do so, or you will have to pay extra for any additional time spent on it. Even if you purchased a package deal at a lower rate, or received any form of discounts. You are not punishing anyone, only yourself. Services are provided to help you and not hurt you.
- As respect to others and yourself, we ask that you give no less than 72hrs before your schedule appointment to cancel or reschedule. Note that some services are NON-REFUNDABLE (Time is valuable). Also review the refund policy in number 3 listed above.
